I had a surgery on 2-2-24 and had amazing care. Jamie was my pre op and post op nurse and was very kind and attentive. I was very pleased with my experience.

My husband was referred to this place by a urologist to schedule a sample for the efficacy of his vasectomy. Was given a phone number, every time the switchboard operator sent him to some voicemail. Left voicemails for two months before I called to speak to patient relations. The guy was nice and everything but he went around asking the whole dang hospital what department my husband was supposed to go to and no one in the whole fricken hospital could tell him. Typical backwards Cape Fear Valley Health poorly run no organization no care no help no clue situation. Spent two years trying to get therapists through CFVH and they dragged their feet had no answers would not help led us on until we finally went elsewhere. Same situation here. Heads up their rears.

They employ hidden fees. Expect an unexpected bill even if you have very good health insurance. They have some homophobic doctors and staff. I'd stay away if you're gay.

I would give 5 stars because Doctor Deborah was absolutely amazing and actually listed to what was wrong and took the time to help me. However, when being triaged in Karen was in there and kept asking me "Why are you here, theres nothing we can do for you here, theres no point in being seen" and kept trying to push me out. To me that was awful! How can you tell someone seeking any kind of medical help to basically leave?!

Best urgent care experience I have ever had. Clean, professional, fast, friendly. I highly recommend! I live one hour away and if it's not extremely urgent I will gladly drive to Fayetteville rather than go to the decrepit and unprofessional urgent care in Whiteville.
