I'm sad to leave this review honestly. I've been bringing my kids to see Dr. Adesanye for the past 15 years. In the last 3 years I have noticed a serious decline in availability. We used to be able to bring our kids in the same day or next day for sick visits, that hasn't happened in the last 5 years. Now I just take my kids to urgent care bc you can't get an appt for weeks, or we get sent to a different office where they don't know our kids. The visit is usually pointless and a waste of time. It takes even longer to get a well visit. I was just quoted 7 weeks before I could get my kids in for their well check. My only other options are to take them to another Kidzcare office or urgent care. At this point, Urgent Care is their primary care doctor, they know more about my kids at this point than their own doctor. Is this just me, or is this normal? If you can't keep other providers there, or any providers to fill in, why are you open still? I really like Dr. Adesanya and I had hoped that we could stay with the same doctor for my kids, but there's only so much we can take. This is bad business practices and I really wish y'all would get it together. ☹️

I had given this establishment a 5 star review in the past however things have changed tremendously. There is a new doctor every time we go in for an appointment so I hate that the consistency isn’t there and there are no relationships being formed. We’ve been trying to schedule my daughter’s wellness visit since before January being that she turned 3 in February but they kept saying oh call back in a month to schedule because of problems with having a provider. Finally I get her an appointment date for March 24th but a week later they call to reschedule it and now can’t get her in until mid April. If every other office wasn’t booked and not accepting new patients I would have pulled her off the patient list months ago. Let’s not forget to mention the fact that after any ER visits when the doctor tell you to check up with your kid’s provider within a week there’s no point even calling to try because they can’t get you in for a month +

Doctor Dori is amazing and always takes the time to throughly explain and discuss treatment plans. My daughter always feels comfortable around the entire staff here. Awesome job everyone !!

I’m giving them three stars because for the year I’ve been going here their have been multiple doctors in and out; so I feel no one is establishing knowledge of my baby or not familiar enough. And I’ve had to reschedule due to a provider not being there a few more times than I would like. However Dr Carlos was amazing very informative and helpful in anyway. And recently Dr Bucy was our doctor for the last appt; he to was very informative showed me charts and numbers I didn’t have to ask; while explaining he wrote things down, gave me more than this is that just because kinda of answer. He really took his time I understood why how and what to do or use. I really appreciated that. I wish he could stay.

Came for an appointment at 1115 and sat for an hour to even see provider. The guy we seen last week (for a different kid) was amazing but today it’s a different Dr and the time we had to wait was ridiculous and everybody just kept saying she was coming. But an hour later the inconvenience is real especially when you have a kid in school and just need papers filled out.

Amazing practice! Front desk is always extremely sweet & helpful. Only been there a handful of times & she already knows the kids by name� Medical assistant & doctor are super helpful and attentive!

My child had a appointment today and the ladies was really nice and welcoming when I came in the door the MA was great as well with my son great place to go

The front desk was very kind to me and my child, my child is special needs and has a lot of extra things going on so I appreciate the understanding and help I received from the staff.

I’ve never visited the place but I plan to very soon. The girl on the phone needs some training on manners and attitude. I’ll update once my son’s appointment is over on next Tuesday

This place is very unprofessional. They called me one time to cancel my sons appointment because the provider was not in the office. We rescheduled the appointment. They scheduled an appointment for 8:40 in the morning and on that morning that I woke up I got ready and took me and my son to the appointment. Just to be turned around to go home because they said they try to call me at eight that morning to tell me it was not going to be any providers in the office for the rest of the day. I never received a phone call from them and I told them that. The fact that I even told them that I needed to see a care provider because of my son keeps on having allergic reaction they seem to not even care.
