We love this office! They always get you in and out and the NP we see is AWESOME!!!!!

Kidzcare Pediatrics has multiple locations in Fayetteville. There are 2 locations off of Owen Drive, and we originally started at the location off the one that’s closer to 301. We LOOOOVED the front desk girls, and the nurses and intern that helped us while we were there - Malina, Aracelly, Jorey, and Doritza - they were fantastic, but the temporary doctor who was there was awful. Since we were going to e no matter what, they helped keep us in the Kidzcare family, and recommended another location with a Pediatrician who had great reviews and whom they recommended themselves. We were nervous, but decided to give Kidzcare Yadkin a try. I’m forever grateful that we did. The Yadkin location is like a family. The front desk ladies - Mercedes, Lashonda, Kia and Gloria (no longer there) - always treat us like first class guests. They do what they can to get us scheduled asap in the event of urgent medical needs (which is often with a kid in daycare lol.) The Pediatrician they recommended, Dr. Carlos Corrales, is unbelievably SUPERB. I cannot speak highly enough about him. His love for his job is evident in the care that he provides every time we go. He treats children the way they deserve to be treated, and you can tell he loves doing it!! His kindness can only be matched by his wit, professionalism and medical knowledge. Everything he does for the patients, he does it as if he is doing for his own child. He really listens to your concerns, and takes them into consideration, along with his examinations to give medical diagnoses, and his medical opinions on treatment. He hasn’t been wrong yet! I cannot recommend a more reliable source of care for your tiny loved ones, than Dr. Corrales, with Kidzcare Yadkin Road.

Anytime I call with questions or to schedule an appointment Mercedes is so helpful ! Been going to this location for 3 years now & have no issues .

The Dr. Carlos is truly amazing. He shows he genuinely cares for my children. It’s a lot harder to find a Dr. that truly cares than you think. Gloria, the Office manager, is also professional and amazing! The staff has a wonderful attitude as well, it’s clean and welcoming. My children love coming here. I recommend this location to all my friends and family. We always have a great experience here!!!

So glad I ended up at this office .The doctor here is awesome and he really shows concern and care for your child. He takes his time explaining things and all your questions. Highly recommend. Everyone is so nice from the front desk staff to the back end. The place is clean as well & this is a big deal for me. I wouldn’t bring my child to a dirty facility . 10/10 recommended

Mercedes is always amazing and offers a warm smile. She is always there to answer your questions. In fact Mercedes really cares about the patients. If there is a issue I am having about my kids I call her. She not only gives professional advice but is a great person to come to about parenting and kids. My family have been knowing her for almost 20 years and she is still just as positive as she was then. I have seen many people come and go but having that constant familiar face is pleasing. If it wasn’t for Mercedes I would have stopped coming many years ago. How about we change the name to Mercedes Cares Pediatric. This lady deserves a vacation, raise and more for her incredible service she provides.

We had an appointment set for Tuesday. I called the day prior to confirm that there was going to be a physician here for our scheduled time at 1 o'clock the following day. We show up and the manager on duty was absolutely DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!! She claimed that I gave her the wrong number which I did not I have a new number, we are old patients of this facility and somehow they did not switch out our number. Secondly The fabulous manager became very aggressive with her tone and mannerism when I explained to her I did not see the sign that they were close until one o'clock.She then rudely told me that because I supposedly gave her the wrong number we were not gonna be seen today because they did not have a doctor on site. Apparently it's my fault for giving her a wrong number even though it was not my error. For a supposed manager to speak to a parent like that she should really be ashamed of herself and the company itself should not hire people like that. I will never go back to this location
