My experience with was regretfully was poor. Short history of myself. Lived in Greenville SC since birth to age 64. Have a decade of living with a back issue. Six years of injections that worked well, then a Decompression Laminectomy surgery which was great till 3 years later on my last moving day to Western NC day I missed four steps which resulted in a Lumbar Fusion which was going well till half way through Physical Therapy an ugly case of Sciatica. Speaking with my surgeon about healthcare closer to where I live, he suggests a pain management and a SI injection. Go to Pain Center office and have a SI injection. Worked great for two days. Waiting on my follow up, I’m jerked awake by two back-to-back sharp pains and I go seriously downhill. Call Pain Center office and am told to come in and speak to his PA. His PA you could tell looked at my chart and knew his course of action before he walked in the door. He spoke at me, never giving me an opportunity to speak.

Terrible! The first thing Austin said to me was "Dr Mills is gone and this is my show now." I hadn't even mentioned the previous Doctor. Then he jumped right to suggesting an invasive procedure which I'm sure was after realizing I had excellent insurance. I felt like the whole visit was just an upsell to expensive procedures. I didn't feel he listened to me or cared about my needs and concerns at all. I won't be back.
