Our teen boys have been with kidzcare since the Franklin location opened and see Dr. Pelletier who has always been wonderful. Now our baby girl goes as well. She was a premature IUGR baby with two heart defects. Dr. Rice is a Godsend. He listens to and validates my concerns and genuinely cares. I’m so glad we brought our little girl here. Office staff are so kind and competent, from the nurses to the front desk ladies. Highly recommend.

I have always took my kids here. However once one of the greatest doctors retired. They have went down hill. The lady that checks in the patients (the lady in the back that checks their vitals, weight) doesn’t really seem to care and takes to them as she has no manners. Maybe if they wore name tags I would know her name. Since the retirement of the best doctor they had. I have yet to find another one that works there that gives them the same treat as she did. I will be finding my kids another pediatrician. I visit couple of days ago and honestly I felt as if they didn’t take my kid serious of his pain, seeking a second opinion. The doctor that had seen him was not kid friendly. This kinda job takes a role of a person who enjoys kids and engages in their health problems not brush it off. The wait time is a bit much. Checked in 15 mins early just to get back to see a doctor for my kid 45 mins later. And not too mention the medication didn’t even get called into the pharmacy. 01/26/2023.

If I could give a zero I would. I thought the poor customer service was due to covid but now two years out, its apparent that your staff lacks common courtesy and customer service skills. Another mom left a review about waiting in the car for over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Same thing happened to me. I’ve also been waiting on a referral for two years. When I call the office There’s always an excuse of being short staffed and a refusal to commit to an eta on anything. This is a sorry excuse for care of children. Incompetent and rude.
