They have refused to give my dad his diabetic medicine to survive he’s now rushed to the hospital because his sugar is at 360 have called for a week straight to get metformin have been getting the run around for a whole week straight. He need his metformin he’s a type 2 diabetic. Received a phone call today saying he’s medicine is ready and filled went to Walmart and lied they haven’t called it In! Do not recommend this place at all!

Dont come here please if you do not qualify for their sliding scale fee. They said it was 100.00 dollars for the consult. I paid the 100.00 and a month later I get a bill for 138.00. I called the billing department and the lady said the 100.00 I paid was just a down payment on the visit. The receptionist did not tell me they would charge more after the visit. It was just a consult, I didnt have any tests done. I feel the nurse practioner didnt even listen to me for the 5 minutes she was in the room.

Went to their Covid testing site at Macadonia Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, the staff was helpful, professional and prompt. Well organized testing. Highly recommend their testing site care.

Since Dr Batts Murray left, the practice has steadily gone down hill !!!!

The pharmacy prices allowed me to purchase ALL of my prescriptions at one time. I did not have decide which ones to get.

The patient login has never worked for me, I wonder if anyone can use it. The website is old people listed don't work there anymore and new staff like the human resources manager is new and not listed. Shannon Martin does a testimony as to how she likes working here but she quit and even has a new name by marriage. how about getting your act together it's 2020 folks

AVOID this clinic if you can!The nurse practitioner insisted on re-doing my thyroid lab only 4 months after the last one with no medical reason what so ever (It's usually once a yr and has been this way for the last 8 yrs i've had this thyroid condition)So then, the medical assistant busted my vein so badly while drawing blood; my whole arm was purple for a week afterwards. I felt like a guinea pig she was practicing on. (For labs I did not require in the first place)While waiting in the exam room for the ''nurse'' to come back, I could clearly hear the staff talking about their personal life and complaining about work related issues. Then, I ( as well as the rest of the patients i'm sure) could hear them talk about my visit and drawing my blood ect. I'm pretty sure that's a HIPPA violation.They NEVER call back when they say they will and good luck reaching ANYONE form the office.Got some surprise bills in the mail a week later after being told as a self pay patient that the co-pay included labs.They all drop the ball and have very poor work ethics.This clinic needs to be shut down!
