Kidzcare Pediatrics Pc Fuquay Varina Nc's Online Review Report Card

We are very happy that we've found Dr. Nataliya as a pediatrician for our child! She is a great doctor and answered all the questions and concerns we had. She has described all the details and reasons for her answers. One of the best we have seen so far, and we have visited several pediatricians in two different countries so far.

My new doctor office for my kid's. Dr. Nataliya is very sweet and kind. She takes her time and answers any questions that you may have. I can tell she loves her job and her patients, in which has been hard to find lately.

Every time I take my kids into kidzcare pediatrics i receive bill that has multiple charges that were never preformed . They bill my insurance for services never completed then I call billing office spoke with the manager tabitha caps and she basically says she is trying to do me a favor to have charges adjusted. Seems like dishonest billing practices in my opinion. I was billed for dental exam for my son oh he has no teeth . Also billing manager fights to not explain the billing codes. I will be cancelling with kidzcare pediatrics and finding a new pediatric group.

Dr. Natalia is so good with my kids. She always takes her time. You can tell that she genuinely cares about their well being. My family and I are relocating to Maine and I can only hope to find a pediatrician as good as her there. Someone who really values what they do and and actually loves doing it. I do not have one bad thing to say about Dr. Natalia or any of her staff. They have always been very friendly. And accommodating. Thank you KIDZ care team Fuquay!!! I sure will miss all of you!!!!!

We have been going to see Dr. Nataliya for almost 3 years now and she has been the best pediatrician we could ask for. She has been so helpful and supportive for us and has helped guide us through being first time parents. It really shows how much she cares about our kids in each and every visit. We actually just recently had to change insurance plans and made sure we chose one that still let us see Dr. Nataliya in network. We will, without a doubt, be taking our kids to see her for a long time to come!

The front office lady. Who made it clear she was the manager of Dunn and Fuquay. She was super rude. Not only because we were 5 mins late. When they called me the day before, they told me it was 25 mins away. It took a hour to get there and she was super rude because we were 7 min late. The Doctors are amazing but the staff is Rude. But i want to make a point to say the Doctors are amazing!!

We have been going here for about six years, and we love it. Although sometimes we have to wait for our scheduled appointment, the doctor always spends as much time as we need to address our concerns and answer our questions. My son loves her and doesn't even mind when it's time to have an immunization administered! I would highly recommend them.

This is seriously the best pediatrician's office in the world. I'm not just saying that. I have been to 3 other pediatricians before I found the 1!! The office staff (Angela)is welcoming and comforting. The doctor is so sweet and really cares about her patients. She took the time to explain all my concerns and really connected with my infant. I drove 40 minutes one way to try them out. I will now take all 3 of my girls to her. It is 100% worth the drive. Thank you so much Kidzcare, you ladies rock!!!!

After being tired of UNC Pediatrics of Garner just letting the phone ring, I decided to find better care for my sons. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but kidzcare front desk allowed me to vent my frustrations and made my son a same day appt. I could tell she genuinely cared about getting my son in there to see a doctor. Dr. Yatsenko is amazing. My son warmed up to her easily. My son is normally quite the challenge during examination. With Dr. Yatsenko, he was butter in her hands. I made another appt for my other son. Let's see if we can get 2 out of 2.
