Arosa is a fun place to work. When I have an issue they are always there for me when I need them. They always show how they appreciate you. They have become my second family. They not only care about the Nurses but they care about the clients too. 😁

Meike is awesome to work with. She stays on top of the situation until it is complete. She explains everything and is always happy to answer any questions I may have.

She is always professional in her work and is a most pleasant person to work with.

Heather is knowledgeable prompt and helps advocate on my behalf. She is kind and thoughtful. I dont know what I would do without her.

Meike has been my guardian 7 years. She has always been there for me and makes sure I am OK. She knows my doctors and my medications and makes sure I dont ever run out. I can call her at any time and she talks me down when I need help. She knows me well and cares about me and tells me the truth. She has helped me to live on my own. I was mad about having a guardian at first but its been a good experience after all.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would Arosa is a wonderful company which has provided excellent care for my 94 year old father since 2013 They truly go above and beyond to make sure that my father is in good hands with incredibly capable and experienced caregivers Amanda the care coordinator is an amazing communicator who truly CARES and makes every effort to make sure that my father has exactly what he needs. I can not say enough good things about Arosa

Im the POA for my mother who fell and broke her hip in January 2020. After two weeks in the hospital she was transferred to a nursing home for rehab. The staff there did not have the time to ensure her safety Wellington Rehab in Knightdale so I hired sitters from NurseCare. Mistake My mother was even less safe. An afternoon sitter left her sitting in a chair without a call bell or an over bed table to block her from getting up unattended or a drink of water. She was simply left in the chair with nothing and with the tube of her Foley catheter wrapped around one of the chair legs. It was as if they wanted her to fall and break another hip. I sent them photos and they removed the charges for that shift from my mothers bill but they refused to take responsibility or to apologize. And now today months later I got a bill in the mail for 10 cents. Yes 10 cents. I have to call no answer write and probably send an electronic payment for 10 cents. No one is trying to make it any easier for us caregivers especially not NurseCare aka LivHome. I will post the photo of my mother left in a very unsafe situation at Weelington if NurseCare decides to deny or retaliate. I will also be glad to take them to court.
