Overall they did a great job. Very informative and welcoming. Explained everything throughout the MRI. Could have gone with less wait time, they ask you to come in 30 mins early for 2 mins of paperwork. But some people are always late so I kinda get it.

Very polite staff

I scheduled an MRI for my 12 year old son for 7am on 10/11 at the FV location. They told me to be there by 6:30am. No problem.We arrive at 6:30, noone is there. Maybe 6:35 the lady gets there and unlocks the door. No big deal.We fill out the paperwork, this took Maybe 5 minutes and then we waited to be called back. At maybe 7:08 a gentleman calls us back to wait in a different section for the MRI.7:25 he says it should be only a few more minutes.7:35 he says it shouldn't be much longer. By now I'm almost livid. I said, isn't our appointment at 7am? Your reviews say that you do MRIs at 8. He confirmed that the appointment is at 7 and they do infact do them at 7am. He then said they are having technical difficulties and hopes that it will not be too much longer.7:51 I see a lady rush into the trailer.7:52 they call my son out.It is now 8:05 and I couldn't wait any longer to write this review.This. Is. Unacceptable.

Very clean facility!! Thomas was great!!!! The other lady not so much… went here for my second mri due to claustrophobic for the first one.. This time got medicine from my doc but didn’t happen again… started the panic… couldn’t breathe and the lady was firm about the mask if it slipped below my nose… I understand your rules and regulations about masks…. but a little heart goes a long way.. thanks Thomas you were kind.

Easy to schedule, multiple appointments options, easy check in, and didn't harass me for insurance payment upon check-in which I really, really respect. It felt more like they were concerned about the patient and their well-being rather than getting money from you

I cannot say enough about Raleigh Radiology in the Fuquay-Varina area. I was feeling very poorly and the Ultrasound Radiographer, Julie was AMAZING! Extremely professional and empathetic. Turns out, I needed to be reschedule (of my own accord) and Julie was very understanding, and accommodating to reschedule me for the next day. The facility is very clean, modern and in a great location. They were very prompt with their appointment wait time. Thank you to all of the staff that assisted me on both days!

Great facility and excellent staff. Keep in mind that although they open at 8am, their techs don't arrive until 8:30. :|

Usually, I go to Raleigh or Cary for my annual checkup, I am a cancer survivor. Today I went to the location in Fuquay-Varina. Nice spacious place and everyone there is super kind! of course, I recommend this place! I definitely will be back there.

Staff is professuonsl, polite & friendly. Very clean facility. Highly recommend them!

My husband has difficulty being enclosed in small spaces and he rarely is sick. This place had calm and knowledgeable staff. The MRI was completed without incident. Well, he took an oral sedative prescribed by our MD. I higy recommend this location.
