I needed contacts and my usual eye doctor didn't have any openings. So I booked an appointment online with this office and when they called to confirm my appt they squeezed me in that morning! Dr. Jaffry was a nice guy but no nonsense in getting his point across that I needed to take better care of my contacts.Lol They had me in and out so fast that I forgot to order my contacts.(I was probably too busy on my phone!) Nevertheless, when I called back a few days later Sara provided exceptional customer service and made me feel like a valued customer! Thanks!!! I think I found a new eye doctor!!

I used to like this place. I've had several eye exams, new lenses for existing frames. As had my daughter's and wife as well. Im a long time customer. But not any more. Came in to make an appointment and to pick out new frames. Made the new appointment waited to be helped with frame. Tired of waiting i started looking looked for about 30 minutes no one offered to held or acknowledged me. Came back for my appointment 12 minutes late and they it to someone else. Its ok for the customer to wait, but they dang sure ain't going to wait AVOID THIS PLACE
