List of Fastmed Urgent Care's Reviews
This location in particular leaves a lot to be desired. I am often sent here specifically from my work for drug testing. It is very slow and I am often waiting for close to an hour, or more. That being said, some of the staff is very friendly...Particularly the staff performing the drug screens.
Monique was very great! She went above and beyond to help me. Monique was very helpful with my situation. She was an angel in disguise.
April 4th I called the garner hwy 70 location of fast med to see if my medical paperwork was faxed over and 32 minutes later still no one answered the phone outstanding service
Waited 3 hrs for a 5 min appointment. No communication of any sort. If you know you are running that far behind and that short staff. It would be better for communication upon checking in. This way the patient has the option to stay or go to another clinic.
The team of doctors and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous, along with being very compassionate. I have been going here for the last several years and have found them to be awesome and amazing.
Everyone is nice and helpful and they get you in and out as fast as they can
Fast friendly service, from the front desk , nurse and pa
Walked in after MVA on a Monday morning. The PA Stephanie and her MA were both absolutely amazing! Great job ladies!
I needed to be seen on a Sunday Morning for a fractured arm and the receptionist said it was appointment only. She made no effort to get us in or ask if we wanted an appointment. Who schedules an appointment for emergency care? the waiting room was empty and parking lot was empty so I have no clue why they couldn't work us in. We went down the street to UNC quick Care and they were wonderful.
White female doctor very rushy did not assist my concerns. She told me to go to my OB. Which if I could I would’ve. But that’s what an urgent care is for quick urgent situations. My OB couldn’t see me til the next day. This place is a waste of money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
