Raleigh Ortho is always a good experience. I have had Dr. Barker treat my hip (surgery) and now my knee and shoulder. He is conservative and straight forward and does not jump to surgery if there are alternate solutions. His P.A., Taylor Pilgrim, did my first knee injection today and was extremely nice and patient with me to help calm my nerves and boost my confidence about the procedure. I have only experienced good things and extremely good bedside manner with my providers at this office. The front desk staff is very nice as well, which is always a plus!

Absolutely horrible service after surgery. I had Dr Barker who performed my surgery. I was told several lies during the process. Billing is a nightmare. I’ve gotten 3 separate bills for one procedure. When I called to clarify the third bill which arrived over a year later I was transferred between billing and the surgical center. Neither would help and both pass the blame on each other. Stay far far away and get a second opinion

Amazing PA and office! Came in without an appointment with a knee issue. They saw and treated me all within 1.5 hours. Everyone in the practice was accommodating and kind. Definitely recommend them!

This office was super efficient and friendly! As soon as I arrived, I filled out some paperwork (on a tablet) and waited maybe 5 minutes to be called back. They took me straight to get x-rayed and then I waited maybe another 5 minutes for Dr. Stephens to come in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The office went ahead and scheduled my two-week checkup for me so I had that done before I even left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
