I like the doctor and will give him a strong review, but the technicians there have messed up my glasses order and prescription twice. It's still not right nor did they seem to care when I was in the office telling them it was not what i ordered. I am not happy and will likely find another provider altogether for all of my future visits as it has been an unnecessary hassle. I have been a patient with this provider for 20 years, so it is not a decision I'm making without much thought. I have called for assistance several times on this issue and the turnaround times for a return call and resolution are not acceptable. I can no longer recommend them. If you do go, go with caution.

I had my first appointment for eye glass frames today at the Garner office. Steven was extremely helpful in explaining the different types of frames and assisting me with my insurance coverage. The office is very inviting, there is a huge selection of frames, and it was a very smooth and easy purchase.

I wasn't able to see that the reading portion of my glasses were at the bottom of the lenses and I have to push my glasses up just to read. One lens always pops out whenever, but that why we had assigned times to come in and minimized traffic during Rona, they were just rude and wouldn't let use in to make sure my family's glasses were correct.

I'm a new patient and came because I injured my eye. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated quickly and well. Dr. Allard took time with me to explain what I needed to know and what to do to care for the eye going forward. I did what he recommended and my eye is perfectly well. I can't thank him and his wonderful staff enough.

Excellent, friendly, and very professional. I have been to many eye doctors in my days and Dr. Allard is the best. I actually live in the town next to the town his practice is in and we have a My Eye Dr. location here, but I go out of my way just to see Dr. Allard because the care he provides.
