I come to this location for my lab work because it is more convenient than going to Holly Springs. Jill is the lab tech who draws my labs. I am a hard stick and bruise easily. Jill has a special touch that make my blood draws pain free and I do not bruise. She is a true asset to this location. Thank you Jill for all you do.

Genuinely caring staff. Sensitive to what you’re going through. Knowledgeable about cancer, treatments and side effects. Prompt service as long as you’re on time, and even sometimes when you’re not. Thorough and efficient at what they do.

Best clinic I've been to! Nurses are exceptional! They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort....very patient with me as I was extremely anxious! Environment is cozy... This place is amazing. Leslie, Amber and Karis are superb!

My mother-in-law started receiving treatment from Dr. Rauch and her staff and we are so pleased with their professionalism and expertise. In addition to their know-how - which is our priority - these folks are incredibly kind and make each appointment so enjoyable with their fantastic personalities. They go far beyond what you would expect to make you feel comfortable and you leave with a smile. WONDERFUL people here - thank you for all you do for your patients!

We have had a wonderful experience. Dealing with cancer is a scary thing. Dr. McNulty and the staff were wonderful. They are so friendly and make you feel like they care about you like family.

Had wonderful experience here. Doctors and staff were great. My main complaint is with the billing. They bill this facility as a UNC Hospital based clinic. This means that any blood work or test performed will be applied to your deductible and you could be on the hook for the payment. As if we don't already pay enough for health insurance premiums and then to get a surprise bill in the mail is disappointing to say the least. I have been going here for years and this year they decide to bill as a hospital with no prior warning. For years I have only ever had to pay my copay, now they are billing me directly for the exact same services because it is now a "hospital based facility". Make sure you check with insurance first as you could likely be getting a very expensive bill for items that will not be covered under insurance payment like I did. I will be searching for a new doctor and facility that is not billing as a hospital based facility.
