Dude was awesome!!!

I cannot believe they keep Dr. lee at this place. He is the most rude, unprofessional Dr. that I’ve ever seen in my life! I will never even TALK to that punk again, and of course never let him treat me. Carolina urology needs to get rid of him. He makes them look bad! I’ve never had a problem out of any other Dr. there. I hate that Dr. Cohen left,… but I totally understand. He was the best Dr. ever. Bottom line,… stay away from Dr. Barry lee!

This doctor has no bed side manners or any manners at all. He was disrespectful to me and mom. He lied to my mom about the kidney stone surgery and he did not even remove the stones when he went in. I will never ever see this doctor again. He needs to be fired for how he talks to his patients and how he conducts himself. He does not live by the physicians code of ethics.

My Sister went to have a procedure to remove a stone by Dr. Lee , He called my Mother after the procedure and told her he removed a stone from my Sister. When my Sister got her dismissal papers it said no stone was removed, so my Mother told the Nurses that Dr. Lee said he removed a stone, they said we will go with what Dr. Lee said. So when my Sister returned to get her stint out she asked the Dr. who removed her stint who was Dr. Smith if Dr. Lee removed a stone during the procedure. So he told her he would find out, when he returned he told her no stone was removed so Dr. Lee lied to my Mother. So if you want to know what kind of clown, joke and sorry excuse for a doctor and human being Dr. Lee is just read this. He is the most pathetic person on the face of the earth. I would rather have my 2 four year old cousins do the surgery on me than Dr. Lee so if Dr. Lee is your only option for treatment you don't have any options. My Dr. is Dr. Kamdar he is the best and Dr. Smith and Buzzeo are real good also just avoid Dr. Lee at all cost he is worse tha the Corona Virus.

I would give Dr. Lee zero stars if that was an option. Extremely disrespectful and arrogant person. It's sad that there are medical "professionals" that act this way. I will never understand the state of mind that Dr. Lee has. Please go somewhere else for treatment. You will thank me later.

This review is not a reflection of his physician skills. I'll reserve judgement on that. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. He seemed defensive when he learned that an upcoming surgery would be done at Duke medical center and not at caromont. He asked if patient didn't have confidence in caromont Drs or hospital. That comment and others were totally inappropriate and none of his business. He was reported to medical director.

Horrible. Had to see him twice. First visit, he was 30 minutes late getting to my room. Then he stayed 2 minutes. No exam. Then when I had to return for a procedure, he and his assistant giggled and joked while he did the procedure. He did not clearly explain the results or what I needed to do next. Will be seeking a second opinion. Very unprofessional as someone who one, has that many years of experience, and two, who is in the medical profession. Horrible. Not to mention, the office smells like old saturated urine. Glad we had to wear masks.

Run! This doctor is awful! He sent his nurse in, and lied to me about getting my 12 testosterone pellets. The lie I was told, is my insurance would only pay for only half of my Testosterone Pellets. Dr. Lee said he would give me all 12 pellets but, I will have to pay cash, $100.00 a Pellet for 6 pellets! I left without getting any treatment. When I got home I called my Health insurance company and told them what happened. My insurance company made it very clear that all my testosterone Pellets where completely covered. The insurance company told me that Dr. Lee had "double billed" my last order on the Testosterone pellets and they where not going to pay the Bill, Furthermore, they told me they have contacted Dr. Lee about the double Billing, and for him to correct the Billing era. It was related to me, that Dr. Lee has not correct his mistake, and try to fleece me out of $600.00 cash. After being treated for over two years from this clinic, everything was fine, until Dr. Lee took over their Billing. I had to go elsewhere for treatment. Very disappointed, and would never recommend to get treatment at this clinic.

Extraordinary and courteous. Known for over 30 years through kidney stones, testicular surgery. Expert, efficient, helpful. More than Dr. Lee, he is “Barry” to me.

As much of friend as a doctor. This gentleman has guided me through kidney stones and sensitive testicular surgery. He’s optimistic and engenders hope for guided, deliberate healing. #Friendly #Trustworthy
