I was not impressed. They do not seem real concerned about your problem. They do not return calls or they take their time to do so. I will go somewhere else next time even if I have to pay out of pocket.

Dr Walker is very thorough & I like her, but getting an appointment is next to impossible! I’ve had to change a few appointments due to unforeseen issues and each time they’ve pushed it out months ahead-4 or 5 months at least! I will be going somewhere that is a little more flexible& willing to accommodate me!

Staff that answered the phone were rude. Treated me as if I was annoying them by calling to make an appointment and then finally found my referral in the system. By this time I decided to go somewhere else due to the way I was treated during this call.

Missed 1 appointment during a pandemic, and was 15 mins late for the next one. They released me from the office. Crazy to me. Now I have been without my meds for months.

I was so scared. From the front desk, nurses and Dr Walker, my experience wasfantastic. Dr. Walker took her time with me explained everything and I have the upmost trust in her. Well done.

Impossible to get in , front staff is rude. Waited months to get in, received a reminder call that I am positive said 1230pm. Arrived at 1225 and was told my appointment was at 1215 and I would not be allowed to be seen but could reschedule it. I explained I received a call and was sure that was the time. Receptionist asked me if I had recorded the call to prove it.Front staff was rude and unpleasant. I left and immediately called a dermatologist a mile away from there who can get me in much faster and who had a competent, kind staff.

The specialty pharmacy contacted their office 3x’s to get a prescription order. I have left messages too. No response. I have missed two doses, which is unacceptable. I found a new dermatologist.

I have been seeing Dr. Walker for several years and have been very pleased. My previous dermatologist did not address all of my concerns and pretty much dismissed some of my issues. Dr. Walker was quite the opposite. She listened to me and prescribed the medicines that helped my skin. Her staff is very professional and Dr. Walker is kind, caring and has a lovely bedside manner. If you have issues with your skin, do not hesitate to seek treatment here.

Dr. Walker and her staff are very kind and professional and with her help and recommendations my skin is definitely at its best. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great dermatologist.
