The women that work there are very nice and pleasant to you. They make sure you are well tooken care of in a polite manner if you have any questions they make sure you get all the answers you need.

Getting to speak to someone is extremely annoying. If you press 3 or 4 like it says, it hangs up on you. My dad has been on the phone for 30 min. just trying to ask a question. If someone answers, they keep putting him back to the initial place. Customer service needs help BIG time!!!

The doctors need to be looking at everything. My 2 month old has KTS. It couldn't of been prevented but at least we could've been warned about her condition had someone been checking everything. I read that it can be detected in an ultrasound during pregnancy. Aren't you supposed to be looking at how their vascular system is developing?

My husband had an MRI scheduled for 9/10. We got the email showing appointment time and place. When he arrived they stated his appointment wasn't until 9/22. We still don't have an email showing a date and time for 9/22. They did nothing to help him. They claimed they would call the doctor to see if he could go to the office where the doctor was, but never called. Left my husband sitting for over an hour just waiting while they did nothing to help him. So now he is out of work for several hours today for no reason and still has to miss work again to get the actual MRI in two weeks. Not to mention the time he now has to spend changing all his other specialist appointments because they are dependent on this MRI. The staff was unfriendly and rude. Would not recommend this place to an enemy much less friends or family. If the staff doesn't like their jobs they should find another one - not be RUDE to patients who are coming there for health concerns. Medical staff should have a kind bedside manner. The lady at the front desk should take some classes on manners.

Billing nightmare...They are geting 2 starts because the on-site staff (who actually do the work) are great. Professional & polite.However, be prepared because they will take a payment method for your estimated cost and charge you -- even if this is covered under your insurance. Then, when your insurance company pays (like mine did), you have to wait for them to "review" the duplicate payment (said could take several weeks) and then for them to issue you a refund (up to 4 weeks). How that is justified when they are getting paid TWICE? Sounds like a free loan for CaroMont. Unfortunately very few options for imaging in Gastonia :(

The person I talked to was very very rude I hope I don't have to do business with them anytime in the future. Plus the phone time is a terrible I was on hold forever

I had my mammogram on 9/19. They could not find my record from last year. Too day it is 9/29 and my Dr. has not gotten any results, nor have I received a call as to the issue. Had my mammogram there last year so what’s the issue? Needless to say they get a poor rating from me.

Staff was very polite and my apt was on time. I didn't even get to fill out all the paper work and they were calling me back for my mri. Inside the machine I kept having muscle spasms and it was messing up the imaging but they were very patient. Didn't say one thing besides "seems we have some movements what's going on sweetheart? Are you uncomfortable? " when I told them what was going on, they said "okay we got all the time in the world. We will keep trying till we get a clear image." I knew they didn't have all the time in the world but after a couple more tries they got what they needed to." I felt comfortable there, not like I was a problem or nor like they were getting upset by I might have been delayed oth other patients with their Apts.
