These folks can’t even schedule an appointment correctly. Waited over a week to see my doctor for my annual physical and they scheduled it as a follow up instead. What that means is that I would’ve had to pay out of pocket versus my regular covered checkup. So they suggested I make another appointment 3 weeks out due to THEIR error. I will be taking my business somewhere else where I feel more valued and not seen as just a number..

Wendy, the Office Manager, and the staff at Caromont Cramerton are simply the best. They are always welcoming and friendly. My family has seen several of the providers and they have been caring, listened to our concerns and have taken great care of us. I have already referred more family and friends to this office!

Just switched here from my previous doctor and had a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I didn’t have any wait time at all. Kani Smith was very kind and took the time to listen to all of my concerns!

I've been going here for years and it has got worse about the IN and OUT policy. I'm supposed to be allotted 15 minutes of your time and I barely get 3 minutes. I saw Kani for first time and she didn't even bother to look in my ears or my nose and throat. I was in the room for maybe 2 minutes with her. I was trying to talk to her and she had her hand out at door know about to leave room. Listen I pay for a service and I need to be respected for that and listened to. I have questions as I am 50 years old now and issues that need to be addressed. I've been wanting to change doctors and it's about that time. You get blood work done here abd nobody even bothers to call you and go over it. You need some changes in that office. It's horrible.
