We feel we are receiving the most quality health care and totally trust Dr. Brown and his staff in our care. He is thorough and conscientious.

Briggs, Kerry for starters is the most disrespectful and worst caregiver I've ever encountered. Coming from a medical field myself this is very disturbing. When trying to speak to him about my husband's lung issues and concerns about a bacterial infection he rudely interrupted me on multiple occasions let alone they one do virtual appointments. He basically said if we wanted to be seen we can go somewhere else. Save yourself the $500 and just go to the hospital as they clearly cannot properly exaime nor aid you in anyway.

They really need to find away to bring Dr Jordan back. She was the best Dr I have ever had she was good at treating me and my condition all she asked was be honest to her and no judgement at all she was concerned about everything you told her and treated it . Mrs Bush took her place she's no KJ but she's hanging rite with Mrs KJ. Mrs Bush keep doin what ur doin your a good Dr can't speak for the rest but the front desk area they are slow as Christmas some are not friendly at all

Good doctors but bad office staff

Dr. Logan is the absolute best! She’s very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. I’ve never had a doctor that shows the concern that she does. In addition, any other doctor that I’ve seen when she was out was phenomenal. I love this practice.

Dr Logan You can't get any better than Dr Logan She makes you feel like family. She takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms, always respectful and warm. My kids love be her! To us she is what a true Dr is and is suppose to be. We absolutely adore our Dr.

Went in for an appointment this morning and tried to take my wife in because I need her help verbalizing medical information to the doctor, but was told at the door that she'd have to wait in the car. We wore our masks, and they had everything at the entrance desk to check me to make sure I didn't have Covid, but apparently it was too much to spend twenty seconds checking her too so that I could have my family in the room for my appointment, and the only answer provided was "because that's policy."

Dr. Brown is great he is one of the best family doctors I have had! The receptionist are always nice and the nurses are excellent.

I love everything about this office. From the doctors to the nurses, even when having to use the urgent care side I have gotten nothing but great service. I would totally recommend this office to anyone.

Wish I could review Dr Jordan individually. She is amazing. 5 stars for her. My recent experience was good so bumping from 1 star to 3 for the office itself. Cant do any better yet because of previous nightmares from the staff.Previous review below!Not waiting a month to get my kids seen. Read the other reviews. Ridiculous. Rude staff. Could not get my kids in for follow up visits either. I dont care how much we like Dr. Jordan, it's no longer worth going thru major headaches to get medical attention. If I could rate a 0 I would after being hung up on or disconnected 3 times. They couldn't get answers for me so disconnecting was obviously easier. Also my daughter was to be put in for a MRI referral the beginning of March. Were now in April and it was never done! Better options available I am sure. Call around to make sure the office you choose does not have more patient's then they can handle. Check appt. Availability. I called another office today, they can get my daughter in in 2 days. My daughters own current provider cant see her until the 3rd week of April!
