I visited Caromont hematology & oncology on March 4, 2022. I encountered a problem but it was a problem from my other oncologist office in Charlotte. Miss Jennifer Stern and Kari assisted me in getting my white blood count infusion. I visually saw Miss Jennifer running around to make sure I was being taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with these 2 ladies help. I was really frustrated with the Charlotte office because they didn’t complete my appointment. The 2 ladies in the infusion room was really nice to me and my mom. If they had the cold cap treatment, I would be in this infusion center.
