My daughter goes to this office and I normally schedule her to see Mary Alexander because she is wonderful and always listens to my concerns and doesn't look at me crazy because I am a first time mom with so many questions. However, I brought my daughter in last week for an appt that I made the day before and we saw Dr. Milroy I felt like my concern was not taken seriously and that everything I asked about what just disregarded like he wasn't even listening to a word I was saying. I wad very disappointed in my last weeks visit. I will never schedule her another appt with that doctor on the fly ever again.

wouldnt go here if your a teen parent , they do not respect your decisions at all and think they can bully you around in your decisions.terrible place.

The staff is always friendly and I can not say enough good about Dr. Baker and Dr. Green. They are excellent and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Started off great so was very surprised when I was told they discharged my kids for missing appointments...my kids don't go to the doctor unless they're sick since nobody plans in advance to be sick that would mean all appointments were made for the same day and were kept. This was one of the last hold outs of CaroMonts otherwise terrible customer service should have know it would just be a matter of time.

I tried to call to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone was very rude and cut me off twice in a very short conversation, then proceeded to say that before she asked anything else she needed to know what insurance we have and then proceeded to tell me they don't accept any government insurance, that I needed to call a caseworker to find "those" offices that accept that..... Wow. I'll never call back and I'll make sure people are aware of how snobby and rude the office is...

I don't much pay attention to the front staff, only to the doctors. And so far, they have treated my son and done my son amazingly. I think you guys and gals should go here! Dr. Milroy is our primary, but I'm not picky. We see them all. They are wonderful! I haven't noticed rude staff, could just be the time that you go. I go in the mornings between 8 and 1. We haven't had any problems. I plan to continue going here til either we move too far not to or he's too old to go here. Love it!

Our family just loves Ms. Candace. She is very knowledgeable and always takes my concerns as a parent seriously. She goes beyond just prescribing a medication. She gives helpful advice for how to feel better sooner or prevent the problem next time. When my kids play "doctor" they fight over who gets to be Ms. Candace, "because she's the best"!

All of the doctors at this office are wonderful. Dr. Baker is by far outstanding! My son absolutely adores him. I recommend this practice to everyone I know that has children.

I'm not sure how good the doctors are because we couldn't get past the front desk. The receptionist refused to accept our adopted daughter's birth certificate as proof that we are her parents -- even though our names are on it. She even refused the adoption court order as proof. Our names are on that, too. She then told my wife, "how do I know you didn't kidnap her from another country?"She wanted us to bring every bit of paperwork from the adoption, which happened 2 1/2 years ago. Some of these are irreplaceable documents or very private information. Every other clinic we called said the birth certificate was fine.We cancelled the appointment feeling greatly offended and discriminated against. Our daughter deserves better.
