I was 4 minutes late ( Because of traffic and I missed a turn.) I waited in line for 4 more minutes and they told me I had to reschedule after I left WORK early and had a 56 minute drive. Thanks, I appreciate that.I feel like that is a tad ridiculous.#NotVeryUnderstandingOrForgiving.

I was referred here by my cardiologist. Supposedly I had an appt on Oct 8th that I have no clue about. I needed to cancel the appt I actually made for today where I was sent the paperwork for, but not the other "supposed" appt. But the computers always right aint it. They told me they can not reschedule me to find another pulmonalogist. Does anyone else out there have lives and need to cancel appts? For the ONE AND ONLY appt I did cancel was due to my children. I have 2 daughters that are toddlers and both have severe autism. I also do not have a long list of babysitters either. So because my I had to cancel my one appt, due to their bs computer system, I have to wait even longer to find another doctor so the heck with my health right. Dont go here if u have anything that may happen for you to cancel an appt
