I’ve been here since 11 am it’s 345 I still haven’t been called back for X-rays after 5 hours. I asked the African American lady in red scrubs if it was okay to go hit my vape and she said “I don’t care what you do” go to Mount Holly the waits way shorter and the staff is at least nice. Because when I asked if I had been called for X-ray she said “I wouldn’t know sorry” and I’m still sitting here. And so are all the other people that got here at the same time or before me

Why has everything moved to unqualified Hospitalist? If they're qualified, you could fool me. They don't listen to the patient or family. Won't call family. Change up long standing medicines prescribed by long standing doctors. I could go on and on. I probably should drop this to a one star but the nurse are rocking it and the hospital staff is trying to rock it too.

my sons gtube fell out and they couldnt do anything for him ! wordt hospital in my entire life ! novant needs to take over all caromont health facilities ! like they wouldnt even tell me if i needed my sons carseat to get transferred to clt !

Treating my dad with heart problems very well. They act like they care.

My young friend who went in for a routine procedure is no longer here due to this hospitals surgeon on duty and because the staff did not do a scan to find the damage done until it was way too late. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do everything you can to keep your family out of this hospital. Everything you read that you thought was a conspiracy....all the stories you read about the protocols and the $$$$ agenda for covid....it's all true. Make the virtual appointments with Frontline Doctors and don't put yourself or your loved one through this hell.

I swear Gaston county needs to go ahead and let Novant health build a hospital here, or even UNC health. Either one would be better then Caromont. First off, your psychiatric ward is a joke. I had a family member go in for mental health issues. He was manic when he went in, and still manic when he left the hospital. They didn't keep him long enough to see if the medicine change would make a difference. Gaston county needs actual doctors. One's that get to the root of the problem. Not these MDs that just put a bandaid over the symptoms, and send them on their way. Time for a real change in this county! Whoever's reading this, get out there and vote these Gaston county officials out if you want better medical care

On the 4th of this Feb., I was involved in a hit & run, me being on my bicycle a custom made chopper. AMA I left three hours later around 2000hrs. To the staff and all involved I thank you & too apologies for my AMA. Both legs hurt badly from my hips to my ankles, and Doc., I'm sorry I didn't get my stitches in the event. My neck is sore and rest has been difficult. I don't know why I left the way I did other than I was concerned for more wife Amy. Thanks for all you did to help me though, and be safe...Blessing's,C B Moore

3 flipping hours in ER.....only a handful of people in the lobby upon arrival and my husband has yet to be seen!!!!!!!

I was seen today for some abdominal pain and I have to say I did love my nurses and Dr. O'Connor. He was very thorough with telling me how he would treat with problem, what testing and why and telling me what my tests said. I did sit there for a few hours in a lot of pain which prompted me to ask to leave before all testing was done but I don't necessarily blame the hospital for that or the staff. Overall I would rate this establishment a 4/5
