Caromont Women's Health - Summit's Online Review Report Card

Absolute nightmare going here. Had two back to back appointments scheduled with the initial ultrasound followed by a provider follow-up (scheduled appointments 2 weeks in advance).Arrived at 9:20am for a 9:30am appointment, Ultrasound was completed on time and returned to the waiting room at 9:40am. Follow-up was supposed to occur immediately afterward. Completely wasted our time telling us that the provider would be ready in the next 5 - 10 minutes. Provider didn't bother trying to see us until 11am, at which point we had to leave because our baby sitter was leaving at 11:30am. Told us we needed to reschedule the appointment in 2 weeks for a 10 minute visit.Don't bother going here, they don't know respect you or your time. Absolute clown show.

This place has the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and cant hold any food down due to my really bad morning sickness because I have been trying to get my doctor to call in my medication for 5 days now. I have left messages, left voicemails, the staff has read my messages and gave no response, and my pharmacy has sent them prescription requests and nothing. Do not go here. Currently on my way to switch doctors.

I've never been to a doctors office who cancels a patients appointment and didn't bother informing them as to why or tried to reschedule. I showed up at my appointment to find out it was cancelled. I spoke to the front office lady and she had no idea as to why it was cancelled. I waited a few minutes and then sat with the nursing manager - her name is Rceaca. She apologized for not calling me when she cancelled my appointment and tried to reschedule me. She also told me that she would speak to the doctor to see if they were taking new patients, and to go over my previous results to see if I needed to come in earlier as she booked me for 01/2022. I waited for an entire week for her to call, and she never did. I called her instead and even left a voicemail and now sitting at 3 weeks and I haven't heard from her. This is another level of unprofessionalism when someone is worried about their results and needs to see a doctor. I will not be coming back and do not recommend coming here.

Doctor's and front staff are great but that one lady inside on the desk has bad attitude and whoever made changes to my schedule should've at least called and informed me. I was scheduled to see the doctor or midwife at 3:10 and have been waiting in the room for 30 mins. only to find out that they change the schedule to 3:55 without even informing me. I only knew when I got bored and went out to ask them. Like seriously, inform your patient if you are going to change the schedule! And I have seen by a different doctor/midwife not the one I was scheduled to.I would rather drive a little far next time to other locations like East Garrison or Belmont.Very disappointed!Edit: great! even your response to the reviews are "copy paste".Never again to this place.
