Best doctor I've ever used. Very caring and has a very high moral and ethical standard for himself. Not only will he spend all the time it takes to care for you and your current condition or problems, he will even give spiritual guidance if that is something you would like. A true professional in every way and a great ambassador for the Lord.

Dr. Locklear has been our family's primary care physician since he practiced in a trailer in Belmont with Dr. Lee Beatty more than 20 years ago. He has always given us great care and his diagnosis is always accurate. Our opinion of him and his staff is tops.

Dr. Locklear is a good general PCP. He cannot take the place of a specialist. The staff at SPFP has lost that small office efficiency that made the so popular. I have waited weeks and months for referrals. The staff can be very rude and not compassionate at all. Dr. Locklear offered to inject Synvisc. I reported bad problems and swelling in knees and ankles. He put pressure on me to continue the series. He said those shots are sold by the pack. he said he's never had a patient who had any problems. Well, I am the exception. I have suffered for two months non stop. Both knees have over twenty ounces of fluid in them and he cannot drain them. I cannot walk and I live alone. I am in serious pain and trouble. I am facing surgery now. I am not happy. Fluids are easily seen on an ultrasound. Let's leave joint injections to specialist with proper equipment. He's great with basic stuff. BE the boss over your treatment. Insist on the best available options.

Dr Locklear has been my physician for 40 years. He is an excellent diagnostician, but also understands the human equation in medicine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Locklear's for over 25 years and he is the best doctor I have ever been to. He has always been very professional and at the same time, I consider him to be a wonderful friend. He is a Christian doctor and that is VERY important to me. I would definitely refer a friend of mine to him.

i drive 80 miles to see this doctor, he is that good.i trust him 100%.i won't see anybody else unless i have no other choice.he has so far been right on the money every time.if i had to, i would add another 20 miles of driving to see him.no questions asked
