Even after multiple emails with Gina and supervisors at DDR they still employ a drug using criminal to provide care. I dont know what else can be said for a place like this with no regard for the safety or security of their clients. If they try to pair your child with a Talas Furr heavyset young white woman with a very large tacky Minnie Mouse tattoo on her leg RUN This young woman is dangerous and criminal DDR should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to employ this young woman with the knowledge they have about her criminal behavior. DANGER DANGER DANGER. I was promised something would be done but she was just moved to another family. If I could give 0 stars I would This place is a great concept but when you have an employee who is driving around high with drug dealers in her car and your precious handicapped child is around this ABSOLUTELY NOT I pray you arent offended by the use of the N word because this young lady has no filter on her mouth as well as her behavior. She has a violent history and has bragged about stabbing the father of her child and she is working with people who have communicationmobility difficulties and cannot defend themselves. This is a dangerous situation waiting to happen and DDR Inc is aware of this employee but she has familial connections to this job so they continue to put clients at risk.
