Professional staff with exceptional care from Dr. Emerson.

They have been a great help from the very beginning. From the staff to Dr. Emerson, they have been very helpful and a blessing. I am so glad that I was referred to them.

I was very pleased with the first Dr. Dr. Porter was very nice and explained everything in detail. Next visit the Dr who did my surgery was also nice and explained things well. The third Dr who sewed my nose. Considered a skin graft but decided only stitches. It was very painful afterwards. After a week I went back for stitch removal. I explained there is a lump inside the nostril of my nose underneath the incision. The Dr said give it a couple of weeks for swelling to go down other wise come back in a yr. I’ve had a major surgery and it not hurt this bad. I’m very concerned about a lump inside my nostril of my nose. That you can visually see. Not to mention the pain and the looks of it. I don’t think he was as concerned as I am and didn’t seem to care. The nurse removed the stitches and he was in and out. Overall happy with the first two Drs. The last one not so much. Wish I knew their names. But I’ve never been somewhere where you see 3 different Drs for one problem. I’m going to give my nose 2 weeks if that lump is still there I will go back. If the lump is due to swelling I will revise this after two weeks. But I was concerned then and still am.

I go annually to do a full body scan, ever since my mom was diagnosed with melanoma. The front office staff are always courteous. I see Dr. Emerson and him and his staff are always very friendly.

Excellent! Highly recommend! Dr. Emerson was very kind and attentive. Reassured me when I had concerns and provided excellent follow up care! The surgical staff put me at ease and took great care to ensure I was comfortable and my questions were all answered.

I am so grateful for my experience with Dr. Emerson. I am so happy with my results. Dr. Emerson and his nurse Meghan have taken such good care of me. Even after surgery, when I’ve have a question, I’ve called and they get back to me extremely quick. To all of this I say thank you.

He is kind and very good at his job. So happy I found him. When I get nervous I talk a lot and he just went with it and never made me feel bad. Please do not listen to your family doctor, go to a professional! Lesson learned, thankfully in time.

It is great to have a caring physician that knows my skin and knows how to care for it, and that is what I have at PPSD. A BIG plus is the friendly and efficient staff!
