Communications isn't their strong point. I've been waiting for months to get extractions. Nobody from their office communicated to me, nor my primary care physician that something was incorrect on the medical clearance form so, my doctor corrected the form and sent it back. Everytime I call to get an update it's always " we're waiting on the doctor" I've been trying to get this taken care of since November. We are now into mid April. I don't think it's going to happen at this point. What's really going to be aggravating is having to find another dentist , and pay for another Xray. Thanks for nothing.

Came here for x rays, a dental cleaning, and get any cavities filled. X Ray went smooth, hygienist was very nice. They said I needed a deep cleaning and had 2 cavities to fill. Insurance deined deep cleaning they refused to give me a regular cleaning and wanted me to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning that wasn't happening. Got my 2 cavities filled on 2 separate occasions the dentist was very kind and patient with me when I needed a break. Still refused regular cleaning so didn't come back found another dentist who did a cleaning.

They don't care and it genuinely shows, especially when they're straining themselves to be "nice". Plus they have a weird disposition and demeanor towards patients who don't have top notch healthcare coverage, God forbid one should have Medicaid...

I had a great experience at this dental office, staff very friendly, but my dentist Dr. Nguyen ,was excellent, very knowledgeable took the time to explain me clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed, she was gentle during the procedure and made sure I wasn't in any discomfort. I definitely recommend this Dental office, to anyone looking for quality care and friendly environment.

I like friendly dental very much. They personalize your appointment by greeting you with a smile as well as knowing your name. Dr. Ping is very thorough and takes his time your scheleduled time.
