Dr. Folks is my mother's physician (85 years of age). She is very knowledgeable and trained to care for the elderly and I appreciate that! She is patient and listened to my mother's concerns and mine(as her caretaker) with a caring heart. "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Thank you Dr. Folks!!

I recently moved here from Cincinnati. I called this office in April because a friend recommended her. From my first time speaking the office staff was very rude. I couldn’t get a new patient appt until July 17th. I scheduled the appointment and got a call confirming my appointment July 15th. Then on July 16th the office called and said Dr. Folks was going to be out of the office tomorrow and wanted to move my appointment until November, would that be something I was interested in. I hope they don’t treat every new patient like this or her office will be closing. I will contact Caromont and complain.

Dr Folk is a super Dr. She is very hands on and professional. She takes time to listen and she and her staff always follow up after every visit

They never answer the phone or call back

Very hard to get through on the phone line. The staff are very rude over the phone. I was on hold for 12 minutes trying to get my mom an appointment and then got hung up on. Instead of apologizing the receptionist said she clicked over and I wasn't there .

I have been a patient of Dr. Folks for years. She was also my Mothers Doctor when she was alive. I would like to give a prime example. Before my second visit with my Pulmonologist, Dr. Folks informed me of a benefit I was eligible for. When at the Pulmonologist he stepped out and came back to inform me he was going to make me aware of this benefit and saw that Dr. Folks had already done so. Dr. Folks is very concerned and always try to talk me out of bad decisions. I have a great deal of respect for her and am blessed to be in her care.

Not very impressed. My mother has been going to her since her dr retired. My mother tries to explain her ailments and Dr. Folks hardly acknowleges her. Basically takes her vitals, next please. Elderly deserve better. We all deserve better, especially for what Dr.s charge.

Dr. Folks is the best doctor I've ever had (I am 82 years of age). She has a kind and gentle disposition and takes time to listen and respond to all my questions. I believe she is well skilled and trained and knows how to diagnose and treat my illnesses. I thoroughly trust her guidance.
