Staff is friendly and professional, facility is clean. Waiting in the exam room in just the paper exam gown for 19 minutes left me really cold. I felt the exam was rather cursory. She was attentative to the spots I pointed out but looked very quickly over the rest if my body and didn't check my scalp at all. I do like her, just wished she'd been more thorough.

The office runs efficiently, with all the staff members working together with curtesy and kindness. Dr. Vanourny is very personable and good at finding trouble spots early. I highly recommend her and the practice.
