I've been going to Dr.Villarreal for over 10years now and he and his whole staff are hands down the very best around I wouldn't switch to any other Dr. For any reason not even if it was completely free. I'd rather just keep paying and see DR.V AT INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES OF GASTONIA and staff if I could give 10 stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Villarreal shows great compassion for his patients. He doesn’t rush you out, and takes time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Villarreal to anyone looking for a great Physician that shows compassion to his patients, and will take your concerns to heart.

I had an appointment that I cancelled and when I called to reschedule the office stated that I never called to cancel and they would not see me. He may be a good Dr., that is what I am told, but I guess I will not get the chance to find out, and for that reason, I would not recommend this office. Myself and wife have been seeing Dr. Villarreal for many years. He is one of the best Primary Care Physicians I know. He listens and helps his patients any way he can. I believe if made aware of problem with his office staff, he correct ASAP. I saw another review about office staff I'd believe it's corrected by now.

Excellent and very thorough in explaining current as well as future healthcare concerns. Very straightforward and takes the time to go over ever aspect of current health conditions as well as offering solutions to improve your current conditions in order to improve going forward. Each patient should heed his sound advise to improve their overall health. Has been a lifesaver for me.
