Treats patient and stuff horrible
I am 77 years old. I have never been talked to like this Doctor did. To the point he said I was a drug addict and drunk. I DO NOT DRINK ,,,, I went to the hospital because of my high blood pressure and A Fib. I am a heart surgery patient and this man walked into my room gave me his card and then proceeded to call me an addict and drunk. I told him the drugs I take are from my heart doctors and my primary doctor. This so called doctor should not even have a license. My dogs vet has a better bedside manor than his man. What was Grand Strand hospital thinking when they hired this guy. I could not wait to get out of there. I hope I never see this Doctor again.
This man has no business treating patients. He accused me of lying about my symptoms. He’s absolutely hateful and sadistic. I can’t believe he’s still in business based on my experience. Just knowing that my insurance company paid him money for my visit makes me ill.
De Wanii is one of the most caring, compassionate and personable doctors I have ever met. His professionalism, along with his charming personality helped us to feel more at ease during a very traumatic time. We we're on vacation and my husband ended up in the ER at his hospital under his care. We will never forget he went over and above to gt everything we needed. He is a fine human being and a very fine doctor.
Dr. Wani is brilliant but he is also very direct. He only has your best interests at heart but he does not like it if you do not follow his direction. We became friends as well as patient/doctor. He helped me a great deal. I was lucky to have him as my endocrinologist. Sometimes I had to wait to see him but that is because he is thorough.
I had the privilege of meeting with Dr Wani today and am feeling hopeful. I know that at times he was frustrated with me for not taking more responsibility for my own health but I appreciated his direct manner and his patience with me. I felt like he truly cares and trust him to help me on my path to better health.
Never go to this phycian. Very rude and unprofessional. Left room twice to yell at staff for scheduling my appt without getting a referral. Then yelled at me because I didn't have a referral from 7 +years ago. Would not listen to me when I tried to talk.
I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. He was so focused on what wasn't done he didn't want to listen to me. He stepped out to yell at his staff.
Dr Wani came into the room with an attitude that was unfounded. He asked me VERY personal, non-medical questions. He wouldn't even prescribe BASIC Diabetic medication, and supplies. His demeanor, behavior, and the way he talked down to me was OUTRAGEOUS! I even asked his nurse if he was a nice doctor before he came into the office. Even she didn't think so. She shook her head no as she said, "His patients say he's a fair doctor though." I wish I recorded my visit to play to EVERY medical board I can. It was so bad that I have to now see an Endocrinologist 2 hours away than put up with his bullying again! STAY AWAY!
Not Recommended. Incompetent appointments staff. No followup to phone calls. Mischeduled appointment. Referring Doctor's faxes of medical records are still not addressed in timely fashion by Dr Wani. This is the sixth day that we have been waiting for his review. No sense of urgency. Apathc. We are so dissapointed in his practice that we have decided to seek the help of a more considerate and concerned Endocrinologist practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
