Definitely not the best place to go. The wait time to get an appointment is longer than normal on average two weeks. Also the hold time to get your call answered is longer than normal. The work provided is descent but I would prefer to go to a dental clinic that can take care of my dental needs in a more timely and professional manner.

Since Dr. James is leaving you might wanna find a place to go besides this place they will screw up your teeth The hygienist name Karen is a complete butt hole. Don’t use this place let it go in the ground.

Very well organized office for high volume ‘ high quality ‘ low cost dental care. Office based on patients being there on time for their appointments. The opposite of those offices that double or triple schedule and expect you to wait 3+ hrs in their waiting rooms. I really appreciate being seen at my scheduled time and Dr. James took care of a difficult bridge extraction for me. Many thanks to all the doctors and staff real heroes at this location who provide such a valuable and affordable service.The appointment process might need to be changed to a leave message call back process... in case that hasnt been tried But the scheduling seems as close to perfect as possible for what they are dealing with.

Rude unprofessional treat patients with cash like trash. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to.

Wow Dr. Jackson is amazing. She is a gentle and soothing. Her staff was understanding and supportive. The entire experience with Dr. Jackson and her staff made the process with very little to no pain.

They said that they will pull out one teeth but they pull out the wrong teeth and the teeth they were suppose to pull out is still there and it hurts really bad and they said that they will have to pull out the teeth that they were supposed to pull out. When we called them and told them that they pulled out the wrong teeth they said that they pulled out teeth 5 but they pulled out teeth 4 and they said it was difficult to tell which one to pull out. We felt so bad.

I just had dental work done in July 2020. Everything was done professionally. The staff were all very friendly and personable with me. Which helps because I have severe anxiety with dental procedures. Dr. James was one of the best Dentists Ive ever had.

Today was my first time at this dentist. And I had a great experience. I have bad dental anxiety but the nurse and dentist helped make me feel good. And the dentist was adamant about creating a future and establishing a relationship to fix my teeth. This place is great

I have been going to this dentist office for about a year now and my last two visit with this office has been AMAZING From the appointment scheduling to the actual visit in the office they were very professional and friendly especially during a time of a pandemic. You ladies did a great job and made the start of my day good Thank you all
