This imaging center is amazing Ive never had to wait very long but even more than that everyone is so kind so caring and helpful. They treated me like family. It is the place Id rather go when I have options for imaging centers. I highly recommend them

Im pretty much done with anything Novant related. Any dealings I have had with them has been nothing short of a stressful nightmare the staff and the employees simply do not give a damn. At all. It took them two weeks to schedule a cspine MRI appointment with me leaving no wiggle room whatsoever for my follow up appointment with my spine specialist. The day BEFORE my scheduled MRI they inform me they would NOT perform the MRI because of a body piercing I have that I cannot remove on my own it must be removed by a piercing studio which there was NO WAY I could do before my scheduled appointment thus forcing me to cancel my follow up appointment with my pain management doctor. Had they NOT dragged their feet for over two weeks in scheduling the appointment in the first place it would have given me plenty of time to rectify the issue in time to get the MRI done and not have to cancel an appointment that took me over a month to schedule. Needless to say EVERY time I have to deal with anything Novant related I want to throw myself off a bridge. They are the WORST. So I am now seeking a new pain management doctor AND will be asking to be sent to a different imaging facility just on principle. I HATE this place.

Horrible service. Would not honor Novant cash price as they are just owned by Novant. Rock Hill significantly less price but now I have to wait another couple weeks.
