I have been very pleased with Dr. Butala and his group. He is very thorough and always smiling. His assistants are always pleasant and caring. If I have questions both the Dr. And/or assistants are quick to get back with me. I am happy that Dr. Butala took on my case. I had a not so pleasant experience with a different physician previously. Dr. Butala jumped right in, took my case and I am very pleased with the care I have received and the plan going forward! Kiddos Team Butala!!

Dr Butala notified me that I required a surgery that was not necessary when got a second diagnosis. He tried to take money and ruin my body.

The staff @ PPSD are always friendly and engage in conversation with me. Dr. Parag Butala is a doctor that I feel very comfortable with. When it comes to someone injecting a needle into parts of my face knowing there could be mishap, I more than 100% trust Dr. Butala and his knowledge. His demeanor makes for a very calm and steady hand. I never leave his office wishing I hadn’t come. Dr. Butala has helped me with Botox, Juvederm, a Mastopexy, and Breast Augmentation. I definitely made the best choice by coming to PPSD in Gastonia.
