Avoid This Facility at All Costs This is by far the worst mental health/rehab facility I've ever encountered. Their only priority is making money--not helping people. There are no qualified therapists, social workers, or licensed clinicians working at either location. It's incredibly clear the "positive reviews" are written by staff trying to cover up how bad it really is. The facility is infested with bugs, and when you get bitten, all they offer is Neosporin. The food is low-quality hospital meals, and patients are treated more like inmates than individuals needing care. The environment is unsanitary--showers are rarely cleaned, rooms are filthy, and they're not even sanitized between patients. It's a revolving door of untrained staff--none of whom seem educated in addiction or mental health. Some even show up under the influence. Instead of providing treatment, they gossip, ignore patients, and call the police if they don't feel like admitting you. Patients can't make proper phone calls, are restricted to watching old DVDs in a single room, and are offered zero real support in finding placement after discharge. They just kick you out onto the streets after milking insurance for seven days. Even worse, drugs are rampant inside. Patients bring in substances, and nothing is done--there are literally more drugs on the floor than on the streets. This place desperately needs new management and ownership. Until then, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please, if you or someone you care about needs help, look elsewhere.

Do not recommend!!! While I was there for detox my counselor Kimya did not know what she was doing. It was a complete waste of time she didn't know anything and she did not seemlike she wanted to be there. Tryed to complain but other staff ignored me.. this place needs to be shut down or need to get rid of their counseling staff and start over. If you ain't tryna help ppl why do you even work there. I asked to see her and she complained to other staff about being sick of working there. Between the food poisoning and rude ass workers and nasty ass facilty I won't ever go back. glad I got complaint info so I can call state. They so worried about showers before seeing someone but got roaches ants rollie pollies and bed bugs. Nasty af I stg. Do not go here for the 7 day program might as well go to outpatient I've gotten more help on that side then I did on the other side.
