I went to the hospital jan 3 2016 for chest pains and numbness in my right arm. I was 24 at the time my family has a history of heart problems my uncle died at 32 from a massive heart attack and my father has had 3 heart attacks so i went to the ER just to be sure i was fine i was just having some irregular pulse prob from dehydration but i am a 6 year army vet who was still in the service at the time i went. when i left the hospital that doctor put in my record that i had drug seeking habits that i smoke pot and i have multiple sex partners both male and female. Now i have never even touched weed and i have deff never had sex with a man. i went into the service right after high school and i have never failed a drug test and i was in a commited relationship and was taken to the hosiptal by my girlfriend now my fiance and my father this doctor never asked me a single question about my social life now i am required to present my medical records in a court case for custody of my son from a previous marriage because i was diagnosed with PTSD from the VA for my time spent in Afghanistan in 2012 now i am in jepordy of losing all my parental rights to my son all because this doctor this is highly unacceptable.
