List of Sailatha Bathula's Reviews
Dr. Bathula has been my doctor for over 5 years now. She always has been very attentive to my health concerns. She always made sure that stress factors weren't the core of my health concerns, and was able to help me many times to find answers, either personal or health wise. She likes to be sure that all is in order with my health, and if she needs another opinion, she'll send me to an specialist. I trust her then, I trust her now. If I move somewhere else, Dr. Bathula will be the person I'll miss the most.
By FAR the WORST dr ive ever seen.. She cant come close to the dr that dr chevy was.. She never once made eye contact with me. Im on Medicaid and thats exactly how she treated me!! Terrible experience!!!
My dad Had to reschedule several appointments due to being sick. She talked down to him said if you miss anymore he’d have to go to another doctor. She was also upset because he didn’t bring his medicine with him.. they have a list of his medicine, you get it with the print out of visit. He is also hard of hearing, and she gets frustrated while talking to him., interrupts him. & talks to him like he’s below her. He’s gone several times for same issue, and she hasn’t helped him yet. I’m looking for another doctor for him.. A 75 year old man, who is sick shouldn’t be treated that way. Yo go to the doctor because you want help getting better, not to be made to feel bad for bothering the doctor by needing help.
Knowledgeable and professional, looking forward to having her as my new primary. The office staff was very helpful as well.
Professional, knowledgable and very good interaction
Paid $25 for new patient 45 minutes physical that I was later told should have been free but never did receive! I came in with a long list of varied issues, however all other issues were ignored & only had two 25mins visit where asked about my anxiety/major depression. I had to list a few other issues before she walked out, it felt like a fight to mention anything else... but my biggest complaint was that while I was complaining of heart racing & palpitations & disclosed family history of heart problems, I was still prescribed 3 medicines that interact with each others & are known to raise heart rate... I came back 2 weeks later with a very high 122bpm but was told she wouldn't switch meds & to keep taking them & come back in 3months had to complaint to be given referral to cardiologist(was 89 two weeks prior despite my anxiety being much higher on first visit), later that day my heart rate reached 187 with only 2 out of the 3 meds despite my blood pressure being TOO LOW MY WHOLE LIFE!
Dr. Bathula was very cordial, conscientious and communicative. Greatly looking forward to having her as my new primary. The office staff was very helpful as well.

This doctor listens to what you have to say and treats you with respect. She cares about out well being. I have been going to her since 2009 and I don't want to EVER change.
I arrived 30 minutes early, but wasn't seen for over an hour after my appt time. The doctor took a personal call outside the exam room for over 30 mins & her first words to me were not about how late she was, but she said "Oh, you're young. I shouldn't see issues in your history." However, she didn't even understand what or where I was diagnosed, and interrupted me repeatedly. She seems to struggle with just about every aspect of patient care & medical practice. Even the staff apologised to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
