I’ve been three times now. The first time they did my fillings they didn’t grind them down properly then wanted me to come back the next day. Then on may 28th I went back in for more fillings they left a hole in one of my molars in the back of my mouth. Then the fillings they did in the front of my mouth fell out while flossing. The doctor tells me to floss am when I do they fall out. DO BETTER I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE!

Gaston Dental is not accommodating at all! I am a single mom who works 12 hours shifts. It takes 6-8months to get a dental appointment. I came early and checked my 3 Children in at 215pm for a 3pm appointment time. Updated the paperwork, insurance ect. Left and came back due to my own overlapping dental appointment at 230 ( this time frame was unavoidable) I informed them of this prior to leaving and asked for grace as they know how hard it is to get these appointments. They told me I couldn’t leave my kids there but I could wait in the car when it was their appointment time. My children (17,16,13) waited nearby and walked in at 305. They told me there was 10 min grace period. Again they already saw us all but because I personally was 4 mins pass the grace period they refuse to see my kids. They would rather not perform their annual checkups and make sure their teeth were healthy! Because of 4 minutes!!!. Again my kids were in the building before 310pm. I will not be returning!!

I took my daughter their when she was 6 and had to transfer her to a different dentist officer because she had to get 5 teeth pulled because she fell and shattered them and they didn’t give her no numbing and strapped her down and when they was done a nurse told her (If you don’t shutup you will not see your mother) my dayghter is now 18 and still has a phobia of dentist this place should not be allowed to treat children

I went here when I was 6 and they put me in a straight jacket, they also wouldn't let my mom come with me. Absolutely horrible experience for such a young person, don't ever take your kids here they deserve to get shut down

I love this dentist office ... they have amazing staff and they are careful with your teeth making sure they don't hurt you .... I use to go to friendly Dental not anymore they wasn't so friendly and their prices was way too high..... Gaston Dental Associates is always amazing with how well they take care of you ..... please give them a try ...... you won't regret it I'm so glad I found them 💕💓

I had an appointment earlier today. After my cleaning, I was told that the doctor would come in to finish my exam in a few minutes. After waiting for over an hour, I informed the front desk that I had to leave because of another appointment. I was offered a chance to reschedule, but I’m a college student so I don’t know when I’m going to be back in town. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait at this office.
