they never get scripts right, never call with blood work results, she seems to be abscent minded or just doesnt care

I've been with this dr from the time she started at Summerville Family Practice, then she moved 45 minutes away, so I switched drs. When she came back to Summerville, she moved less than a block from my home, so I went back to her, mainly for the convenience. What a mistake!! #1- I have yet to go to an appt without having to wait on HER in a room for at least an hour. #2- she does not take good notes and seems to stay confused when you try to remind her of things that were said by both of us, so I started bringing my husband in the room w/me to witness. #3- She doesn't want to take responsibility for her mistakes, no matter how it may affect me, the patient! I tell myself she's just having a bad day giving her benefit of the doubt-but her bad days outweigh the convenience of her location. #4- The front office lady is short fused, snippy & rude. Now I've reached my limit & want to go back to my previous dr, I'm afraid it's going to appear I'm dr shopping. Could go on- out of space!
