Only 2 people in waiting area and still waited over an hour …no urgency noted…despite the front desk Afrachad with an nasty disposition

It's important to call & make an appointment as Fast Meds have increased in demand. The Goldsboro's location could use some deep cleaning & maybe new paint in the exam rooms!

This location is appointment only at this time as they only have one provider (I overheard the receptionists explain this several times). Please be kind to the staff as this one provider is inundated all day long; my appointment was at 3:45pm and I was not seen by her until 5:00pm. They had to unfortunately turn away walk-ins while I was waiting to be seen. You can easily schedule an appointment online. If you call, expect long wait times as indicated on their automated answering message. I was there for a pre-employment physical and a vaccine. This is not a service I would typically use an Urgent Care facility for, however it was set up (and pair for) by my employer. Although the facilities were questionable (no trash can or paper towels in the bathroom) and the hearing test was conducted a little unconventionally (the tech stood about 20 feet away in a hallway and whispered words to me for me to repeat. I struggled to hear her because I was overhearing the front desk, other appointments, and other staff members' conversations. I have perfect hearing but the conditions were not ideal which could lead to a failed hearing test), my appointment was completed to my satisfaction. The techs that took care of me were professional, and the doctor whom conducted my physical was efficient. I realize that they advertise "no appointments", but in order to avoid your own disappointment and frustration, I encourage you to make an appointment online.

This was the worst experience at an urgent care. I only had to get my blood drawn for work (TB gold test). There were two other people in the waiting room and I over a 45 minute wait. I had an appointment scheduled but this didn’t seem to matter. I had to ask to use the restroom and the employees in the back were all on their phones and laughing and talking. I finally had to ask when it would be my turn because my infant was waiting in the car with my mom and she was getting fussy. When it came my turn the lady who drew my blood was extremely rude and didn’t know what she was doing when taking blood. I told her my arm was really hurting as it was taking a very long time to get just one lab and she had the tourniquet on very tight. She gave me a major attitude when I said this and then the needle came out of my arm accidentally and almost stuck her. She seemed very upset by this. I will never go to this place again. I’m a nurse and wish I had just drawn the blood myself. The lady at the counter was very nice and apologized but the person taking my blood was very rude.

The people who work there are so great especially the doctors

Tried to call at 4pm on Monday no answer. Drove there walked in 2 people at front desk one on her cell. The other told me they are closed. So should probably update Google to be closed on mondays

Reviewing for my wife, but she was really satisfied with the stafff accommodating her to get in promptly. She said that Corey was a gem!

I had to wait a hour and a half after my scheduled appointment to be seen but once I got to the back the nurses in the back was the best I get soo nervous when I have to get blood drawn or shots but she mad me feel safe and comfortable I had to get blood drawn in both arms (I have bad veins)but she get a five out of five stars Later Friend😂
