I find this doctor to be very helpful AND knowledgeable. I guess I have more patience than many of her patients lol! I didn't find the wait to see her excessive. Doctors can be busy. They don't have a 9 to 5 job like some people. She was very easy to talk to I am comfortable with her ability to take care of my concerns. I am quite happy with Dr. MacDonald as my doctor.

Sadly, the worst dr I have ever encountered. Rude, condescending and not informed about current medical issues. I would not recommend seeing this dr. She is horrible to deal with, has horrible wait times and does not care for patients. She is constantly distracted and does not listen to her patients or their concerns.

Dr MacDonald is wonderful Dr just like her dad! She has taken care of all 3 of my children as well as my granddaughter. She goes above and beyond and treats patients as family.

Very difficult to get an appointment, 1.5 month wait. Not knowledgeable about routine care practices, was rude and short with me when I voiced concerns about how I was treated. Seems rushed and distracted. I am finding a new family doctor.

Dr. Macdonald is my fav family doctor so far. I am shocked at the negative reviews because my experience has been the opposite. I think she is kind and caring. The complaints I have are only with the same day booking/accessibility. It is hard to get in to see her and that is a common complaint.

Should not be allowed to practice medicine. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Waited 6 weeks to see her and then was treated with such disrespect. I would highly recommend finding another doctor.

An terrible excuse for a doctor - never available to see patients. Horrible bed side, rude and has a standoffish way that shows she does care for her patients.

How can this "Doctor" still have a license to practice when she is never available? She is indeed collecting checks from OHIP and not even seeing patients!!
