I went to the dentist to try to see if I can get a hole filled. I guess the doctor’s name is Ashish. He kept telling me that I need to start thinking about doing some major work—like $50,000 worth. He said he doesn’t get anything out of it if I do it or not. His bedside manner was totally unprofessional. He was just so nonchalant, all he wanted to do was get the cleaning done and then get me out of the chair. He he came there and talked to me like he was a prosecutor or something. Everything I said, he had an answer for something but never being able to give me what I need. I asked him to fill the hole. I said I have a slight pain in the middle; instead of them filling it, He told me that it would be a temporary fix, but that’s my choice. It’s not his insurance, it is mine. I felt like he could’ve done the temporary and I would’ve done the best I could to make it last as long as I could until I was ready to do something different. Ashish didnt wanna do anything tedious, none of the work they went to school for they just wanna make it simple send you to a place where you pay 250 just for them to tell you that you need all of this work, but I felt like I had the right to have him fill the hole and he Didn’t so so yes, I’m not satisfied and I will be appealing with my insurance

This is my 2nd visit at my new Dentistry home! I love the atmosphere and Lizzy was so incredibly welcoming. She saw me dozing off as I waited for my numbing with Dr. K( who is so amazing and quick at what he does) and put a blanket over me! I feel and am so cared for at Riccobene. Would recommend to anyone!

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I scheduled a routine cleaning online and promptly completed all requested forms, including insurance and contact information. Despite that, I was contacted multiple times before the appointment asking for the same details and to reconfirm information I had already provided. I even had to personally follow up, twice, with my previous dentist to send X-rays. On the day of my appointment, the office doors were still locked just minutes before opening, with a crowd of patients waiting outside. Once inside, I was told my X-rays hadn’t been received and that I would need to pay out of pocket for new ones. After pushing back and contacting my previous dentist again, the X-rays finally came through, making that request unnecessary. I was then taken back, asked to repeat the same intake answers AGAIN, and eventually and briefly examined by the dentist, who had no concerns. I was sent to another room for the cleaning, only to be told there were no hygienists available. After paying a copay and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes there, I still did not receive the cleaning I scheduled. The only rescheduling options were later that same day or months out. This office is disorganized, inefficient, and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a straightforward, professional visit.

Jama is wonderful. Gentle but thorough when cleaning teeth! Love her personality and her efforts to make you comfortable while being worked on. Dr. Taylor is very nice and makes sure you are taken care of. Check in and out staff great at getting you checked in and out!
