Such an amazing person and Doctor. Every visit they treat you as an individual. I definitely recommend Dr. Stoval for all your dental needs.

As a new patient, I informed the staff that I had had previous traumatic experiences with dentists as a child. I was assured that my fears would be met with gentle caring. However, when I was told to come in at 2 pm to have a tooth pulled I ended up sitting in that chair crying until after closing time. I left with the tooth still in my mouth. They instead did all kinds of work I did not want nor was I informed that they would be doing it. I have once again been traumatized by a dentists office! I was going to be nice and not say anything but then they refused to credit a payment made by my daughter to her account stating " we don't know who cashed the check" when only Stovall Dentistry could cash it because the check was made out to them. Then they had the nerve to call my daughter a b*#@&*@ when she was upset by their response. That was the straw that opened my mouth. The truth about them needs to be told.

Stovall family dentistry on Leslie St in goldsboro are very unprofessional! I went there while pregnant with high anxiety due to previous experiences at another dentist and was reassured NUMEROUS times that I would be able to be given nitrous during the new patient process and during the first visit when i was told i needed a deep cleaning and tooth pulled. BOTH appts for the deep cleaning I was left with finding out on the spot that nitrous would not be given and needless to say my tooth has NOT been pulled. I'm left with a loose tooth from the deep cleaning that I didn't have previously. They messed my mother's teeth up to where she can't even floss! Due to poor enamel coating being applied. I had a family balance which I set up to be paid through my bank automatically. My bank has sent 3 checks two of which have been cashed yet only one has been credited. The other check has been mailed by the bank almost 3 weeks ago and has yet to be cashed. Providing proof of both checks and the check number to both being cashed ( which was made out to Stovall dental so can ONLY be cashed by Stovall dental ) im told the second check can not be credited because they don't know where it is. Not happy with not being given any satisfactory answers to issues obviously on their end im escorted out of the office being called a b*tch twice due to me wanting the check that HAS been cashed but NOT credited to be credited to my family balance. I even tried to say I can somewhat understand the check that hasn't be cashed not be credited because it hasn't been cashed I was wanting to know where that check was and why it hasn't been cashed but the check that was cashed should've been credited given it was made out to a specific business and was cashed by a specific business regardless of where it is or where it ended up due to the careless actions and lack of responsibility on their end. I kept up my end of the debt and provided proof ( bank statements, confirmation numbers, dates, amounts etc. )

Staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was shown the entire office and where all treatments take place. Each step of my time there was explained in detail and I was given an opportunity to ask any questions about the treatment plan developed after the complete oral exam. I look forward to my next visit.

I felt very comfortable. Dr Stovall was very easy to talk to. Good listener tried to accommodate me. Heather that took my Xrays was very nice and easy to work with.. Office and restrooms were very clean. Looking forward to my next visit.

Went ín for 2 crowns and not looking forward to it. But the 2 hour went by like one while Pain Free was the favor of the day. That is something I did know could be done without gas which I don't use. So my review is pain free and friendly. I'll even say I had fun

The staff here is just Awesome! The treatment I received was friendly, comfortable and pain-free.
