My dental experience today did not go so well. I beg Dr Stovall dentistry on Wayne Memorial Drive to please cancel my appointment if your short staffed. I had to have my braces tightened and the 2 inexperienced young ladies poked my gums several times with the dental instruments. My gums are red and sore. I'm gargling and swishing my mouth with hot salt water. Please reschedule my appointment if your experienced people are absent that specialize in braces

Nice friendly dental office atmosphere, but what I didnt appreciate was,..that I paid for a special of 2 cleanings but wasn't informed that the cleaning had to be within the year..so my first cleaning was July or August of 2021,so when I went back for my second cleaning in January of 2022..(which the office staff had set up for me mind you )..my second cleaning wasn't honored. And I had to pay for my visit. I was told I wouldn't get a refund ither.i think that was very unprofessional, that I paid one hundred and 80 something dollars for one cleaning and wasn't advised that I shouldn't do the special at that certain time because my next appointment was gonna roll into the new year and it wouldn't be honoured. So be informed, if your getting a cleaning anytime after July and your teeth are only cleaned every 6 months, the special is not recommended.

My 7 year old autistic son is a patient of this dentistry and the staff does a awesome job of caring for him. Dr J and her team took time to ensure he was comfortable and offered a fear free experience and that is something that is rare. Thank you guys!!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and I was glad that the hygienist performed an oral exam in my mouth to check for cancer and she was very gentle. Dr Stovall was so nice
