This has to be the sorriest excuse for a Dr office on earth. My husband is a patient there and had to make a emergency appointment. Hes a truck driver and is only in town a couple days a week. He just got off work and was a couple minutes late for the appointment and regardless of the fact his neck is completely swollen and he cant move his head they tell him hell need to reschedule knowing he wont be back in town for days. Ill be holding these clowns accountable should something happen in between now and the time he finds somewhere to treat him. CLOSE THE DOORS CRISSMAN FAMILY PRATICE. Youve been nothing but problems for the past 3 years.

I see Dr Johnson and really like her. I had an appointment this week for a recheck. No waiting in waiting room. They were immediately putting patients in rooms. Didnt wait but a few minutes in there. After visit had blood work. No pain and no bruising. Last year whenever I would call I was told no appointments for 2 weeks and go to ER. It was definitely not an emergency. The next time I was told the same thing. Just a standard remark I guess. I thought this was very strange and they just didnt sound right . Found out it wasnt actually Crissman office but some place in Greensboro. That explained the short who cares attitude. I have gone there for atleast 35 years and NEVER had this happen. I think it is all Cone implemented. The staff and doctors have always been easy to see and very pleasant.

I called to try and schedule my husband an appointment to get his blood pressure checked and who ever I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that they were not urgent care and that I couldnt get apointment for a while. I was so mad I ended up scheduling him somewhere else that was much more accomodating. If I could give a lower rating I would . Judging from the other reviews Ive seen I am not the only one who feels like this.They seriously need to make some staff changes there Asap

Started taking my dad there and not happy with how they handle him... Cones influence is terrible there... They cant get a good stick there to get blood where they can everywhere else... Not happy with them brushing of a 92 year old man... Looking for someone else for him now instead of Johnson... I may still stay there for my meds etc...
