My daughter just went to AFC tonight we just got back from our family beach trip and both of us spiked fevers last night body chills etc. After a nights sleep we felt better this morning just super drained. When we got back in town my daughter was still feeling really bad so she decided to go to AFC to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. The PA? there was completely patronizing to her- kept asking her what beach she went to and how much she had to drink- even went so far as to say “you do know what a hangover feels like right?” COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My daughter is a new mom and a law student we were on a family beach trip together with our kids and grands not spring break frat boy style. At least they tested her for flu and Covid but clearly she wasn’t a great medical professional. I don’t remember a hangover ever in my life that caused fever body aches and gastrointestinal issues. What a quack and a rude one at that.

I recommend the AFC Urgent Care New Garden location to anyone in need of an urgent care visit. The staff is very pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The wait time has always been short and you can make your appointments on line to expedite your visit.

I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times now. top to bottom this location is the best. the front staff is always nice and quick about their jobs. the nurses and doctors are amazing too. especially Dee she’s been my nurse i believe ever time i’ve been and she’s always friendly and makes me feel more like a friend than just a patient. 100% recommend this location over the other clinics in the area.

Easy to schedule, excellent care, great follow up. The physicians really took their time to ensure they understood the situation and that my daughter got the care that she needed.

Had such a great experience! Woke up not feeling great, went online and made an appointment first thing. Got right in, they worked super diligently on me, did a bunch of tests to make sure to give me the best diagnosis possible. It was super clean and everyone was super nice! I am definitely coming back!!
