HIGHER RATING IS BASED ON OLDER SERVICES, THEY HAVE STOPPED PROVIDING DECENT CARE RECENTLY**** Overall: a place you go when you want to go to a different office in the near future because the care here didn't suffice Visit 2 days ago- Was diagnosed with respiratory infection and given no antibiotic. Had completely red eyes and was given nothing for pink eye. Had enlarged tonsils and not given anything for tonsillitis. Expensive and bad care. Building is hot. Rooms are not stocked with tissues. Visit prior Allergic reaction to medication Met with no compassion as my eyes were swelling shut, quarter-sized hives erupted on body Shrug me off and tell me to take anything antihistamine despite their potential to impact my breastfeeding This used to be my primary location for urgent care but I will no longer be attending

Wonderful place I was seen in a timely manner everyone was polite and respectful Halen Broach EMT was very knowledgeable and professional Susan Stahl RN was very sweet respectful knowledgeable as well and Micheal Lacombe PA was very helpful respectful and didn’t have me do anything that did not need to be done I would recommend them to people I know that need the right type of help thank you all and stay blessed

I would highly recommended. There were short wait times and the PA was wonderful and patient with my young son.

Could not be happier with the care my son received. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Helped with a referral, explained everything we needed to know. The NP (Elizabeth Anderson) and the RN (Susan Stahl) were exceptional.

I came in on 4.24.24 to turn in my legal documents of my son's name change. The 1st initial time was mid last year when the older staff was there. Provided my documents & they never got uploaded, so Lord only knows what has happen to such sensitive documents. Since the new changes & new staff everything has been smooth sailing. We know everyday won't be perfect but I do know everytime I come there and/or bring my son's there, our service is perfect for us. Ryan greeted me on the 24th, I explained what I needed, and he delivered timely. He too went above & beyond without me having to ask and printed out a copy of record of change showing he had completed my request. That I told him I ❤️ proactive due diligence because I'm totally a record keeping lady. Another thing I applaud Ryan for is when he had a little trouble getting to the correct screen, he acknowledged that and asked his colleague, Tanya for assistance. Her not having a patient at the time, immediately assisted, which allowed the process to continue. See, I love true teamwork, one where you know it may take more than one mind, more than one person at times to get a task done. And running into a stumbling block is not the end but a means of redirection. They demonstrated just that and I respect that so much. I have had interactions with Tanya on the past and they have always been pleasant & kind. Ryan was my 1st interaction with him that day and it was the same experience I receive with Tanya. That let's me know something is going right behind the scenes but more so with each individual character because that ultimately defines the experience. I have been more so going to Wake Health for pretty much everything as I can honestly say, my overall experience vs Cone Health Urgent Care has been far greater of the best experience. This urgent care is further away from where I live while Cone Health is closer and I tell people all the time. I will drive a distance for Great customer service, timely service, better environment, & more factors. I too know that not everyone may have the same experience and that's ok too but this has been mine when I visit there. I will continue. So thank you, Ryan & Tanya for a pleasant experience and Tanya for offering me folders to place my documents in to keep them nice and legible & not lost until I returned home.

This is the only urgent care my family visits. The staff is always so sweet and they listen to our concerns. And they don’t make you wait forever. I refer other families here as well!

I’m not one to leave reviews but when it comes to my children, something has to be done or said. Took my daughter here not even 24 hours ago because she was complaining of her ear hurting, she has a terrible cough, congestion, sore throat and low grade fever. The doctor who saw her looked in both of her ears and stated “I don’t see anything wrong”. Fast forward 10 hours, my daughter is screaming bloody murder because her ear is hurting so bad. We had to rush her to the ER because by this time, all urgent care facilities were closed. The Doctor at the hospital took one look in her right ear, said and I quote “oh my gosh, she’s got a terrible ear infection.” Needless to say, this urgent care will not be getting our business anymore. How can you miss this? If your child is experiencing ear pain, please do not take them here. It had gotten so bad to the point of us spending the night in the ER.

I brought my daughter in to be seen and I was greeted and checked in by Tanya who was so nice and really set the tone for our visit. We were taken back very quickly and everyone we came in contact with was so warm and friendly. My daughter is usually very nervous when seeing doctors etc but she was so comfortable with them! When we left she said “mommy I like that place” overall I was so impressed and pleased with the level of care and special attention we received. Facility was very clean and the Pediatric area was one of the best I’ve ever seen in an urgent care. Highly recommend
