NONONO DO NOT GO HERE Quality of care does not exist They do not care about you I went to this location because my ear hurts. My 2 year old may have accidentally damaged my eardrum. I went in asking for help and was REFUSED service They said that it sounded like I had COVID and told me that they would not see me. My ear is leaking and they refused to help me ARE YOU SERIOUS How is that Covid19 Are you seriously that incompetent I just can’t believe these people. They need to be shut down Go somewhere else. Please. I don’t want to go to the hospital because I really might catch COVID19 and that is their solution. I’m seriously considering reporting them. They need to be investigated.

They are very caring and helpful and polite…I would refer a family member or friend to Bethany Medical Center…💕💕And Koodoes to Mrs Janelle Grossman 🙏♥️♥️🙏🙏..Hands down to hershe is VERY LOVING and CARING and she try’s to get you the best help that she can…and she so sweet and patient…I Love Her and I appreciate her cause she really shows that she CARES Thank youfromStacey 😘❤️❤️ 👍And I’m glad they got new people at the front check in…They are Nice.. While at Bethany Medical Center Battleground my experience has been amazing. I was expecting something totally different then what I received when I arrived. I was greeted by some very amazing people that I now call my family. My Senoir team lead has made me feel like I belong and I matter. She listens to my complaints and deals with them accordingly whether I am in the wrong or right. As for my co workers I couldnt do my job without them. They have helped me and guided me to be the best I can for my patients. My provider I work for is awesome as well.

They only thing I can give them is that I was able to get an appointment for a Covidflu test quickly. Then I was told I would get a tele visit at 230. I got a call at 235 to collect more information and was told a doctor would “call” me shortly. It’s been over an hour later and no call. I also got a text from the cvs that I had a new prescription ready. Really? They actually just bypassed me talking to a doctor and prescribed something. Incredibly unprofessional.Update I just called was hung up on and they have since refused to answer the phone.

THE STAFF AT BATTLEGROUND ARE ALL TRULY AMAZING Everyone is so nice that works there I won’t go anywhere else for my medical care other than the Battleground location in Greensboro Just love the staff there 💜

I was told I couldnt be seen for a possible ear infection. Just eat pain. No sneezing or coughing. Ear infections have nothing to do with covid.
