Last month I was tested and treated for Covid at Bethany Guilford College. Laura Vanderburg NP and Amy Moss who tested me are a great team. Laura did several televisits as well as a follow up office visit she was compassionate and caring. Amy called several times as well to check in she too was very concerned for my well being. I am asthmatic and I believe were it not for their proactive approach my illness may have been prolonged or worse. I would highly recommend this team

WORST SERVICE EVER the whole staff is extremely rude they made us wait 2 in a half hours FOR A SPORTS PHYSICAL just to be told that you need a parent if your a minor when they checked all of my paper work and didn’t mention anything about age or parents very disappointed go check out fastmed clinic instead they have very nice staff there 😁😁 i give this clinic 0 stars.

Front desk staff was extremely RUDE I called ahead of bringing my son for a sports physical only to be told by the lady on the phone he didnt need an appointment It was fine to just show up. As soon as I went inside the lady rudely tells me its best to make an appt and that my son wont be seen for 4 hours after arriving. Honestly need to train your staff in how to handle themselves with the general public in a more friendly manner. Waste of time I wont have driven all the way there if the lady told me he needed an appt.

My daughter in law was basically abruptly thrown to the wolves. The dr insisted her urine test was dirty. Shes a mom of a toddler and suffers from a genetic disease . how can a dr just cut you off and not wean you off of meds. This place is unethical and I will scream from the mountain tops to let people know not to go there.

Was being seen by Doctor Laura vanderburg in late April for what I believed was a yeast infection. I had to perform my own swab an was prescribed 2 does of Diflucan. When I return the next week for my follow up I informed her that the medication did nothing. She then prescribed me 3 doses. I can back the next week for another follow up. She insisted on prescribing me the same medication for 4 doses. However never sent the medication. When I called to have it sent in they sent in the wrong thing. I went to the battleground location in hopes of getting a second opinion where the doctor at that location refused to see me. I had to drive to Charlotte to see my old provider. A swab was conducted by then an sent to a lab. I just received a call that I was being treated for the wrong thing an yang I have BV. My experience with the Bethany medical in a whole has been terrible an I will be trying to locate a new primary provider. It’s sad when your own provider will not listen to you as if you don’t know Anything about your past medical history.
